I'm Dominion Castiel. I'm a product designer, software developer, data analyst, and sometimes a product manager. Over the past few years, my work has spanned web development, product design, technical support, customer operations, financial analysis, and SEO.

My experience cuts across different industries and disciplines. At The Hive Hub, a coworking and innovation hub, I worked as Head of Customer Operations, managing daily operations involving bookings, payments, facility allocation, customer records, and subscription follow-ups. I also built an ERP system to replace paper-based record-keeping. At DowaSocial, a social marketing platform, I worked as Customer Experience Lead, managing customer support across multiple channels and resolving issues involving deposits, failed funding, API errors, and undelivered orders. By restructuring support processes and improving payment guidance, I helped increase customer retention from 40% to 80%.

At Airsoft Studios, I worked as a Technical Support Specialist, providing on-demand technical support for Laravel-based platforms and troubleshooting routing issues, database errors, authentication failures, and plugin conflicts. I also worked on SEO for Board Game Arts, a subsidiary of Airsoft Studios, setting up Google Search Console, managing website indexing, and conducting keyword research with SEMrush and Ahrefs to identify opportunities with lower keyword difficulty. The website currently ranks second on Google for a target search query. At Marnista Ltd, a UK-based Afrocentric e-commerce brand, I worked in Customer Success and Financial Operations.

Beyond my industry experience, I've worked as an ICT instructor, teaching people how to use Power BI, Tableau, MySQL, R, and ArcMap for data analysis and visualization. My work also extends into spatial analysis, where I've collaborated with nonprofit climate organizations. I hold a Second Class Upper degree in Meteorology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), a background that strengthened my analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex datasets.

Currently, I'm focused on building intelligent business management and dashboard systems that help businesses move beyond spreadsheets and manual record-keeping. I'm particularly interested in systems that bring together CRM, ERP, and financial management capabilities, connecting operational records, inventory, sales, expenses, payments, and transaction ledgers in one place.
